The timing of ovulation in the menstrual cycle is determined by the luteal phase, which is usually 12-16 days. You can change the time of ovulation within your cycle by subtracting the length of the luteal phase length of your cycle. For example, if your cycle is 28 days long and your luteal phase is 12 days long, ovulation will take place on day 16 of your cycle (28-12 = 16). The exact time of ovulation within your ovulation cycle change can be delayed by a number of factors including stress, illness, diet, physical activity or increased.

The problem occurs when ovulation is probably more important for a woman who prefers a lot more than those who are pregnant are generally not ready for another baby. However, in itself essentially three reasons why women have the most need to know when ovulation occurs or who they are ovulating.

In answering the question of when ovulation occurs, we also want to consider when menstruation occurs simply because under normal circumstances, a woman can not ovulate with rules. As ovulation, menstruation occurs once a month, or perhaps the average cycle period of 28 days. This period also differs from one woman to graduate as between 20 and 45 days, by age of women with physiological questions.

What is Ovulation?

Ovulation does not follow pattern between ovaries each cycle and the ovaries releases an egg rather arbitrary.
